At Restaurant L’Es Pratx the Mediterranean menu is constantly changing, there is an abundance of fresh produce especially sea-food. We are situated just 20 minutes from the coast & 35 minutes to the mountains in one of the regions famous for duck.

Here at Restaurant L’Es Pratx when we hold a 'Taster menu course' we take the student all the way from provincial menus through to very refined gastronomic presentation. We base our menus & courses depending on what is fresh at the market & what is seasonal. Our courses are very intensified, either a residential three-day course or a weekly one day course. We learn to locally sourcing ingredients, traditional methods, modern twists, fusion, filleting meat & fish and on to the finished presentation. We take photographs on the way & students leave with at least a dozen new recipes & many more skills.
