Dear Guests, we & our team would like to wish you a Very Happy 2012,

Thank you to all who came to our ‘Elvis’ party on New Year’s Eve. Sasha (our Chef, backing singer & DJ) sung backing vocals to Elvis on a few numbers & would have carried on with the disco all night had I not pleaded with her at 4am to finish.

We have had some great comments like “that was the best New Year’s Eve I have ever had” (this from a regular customer that I would guess has experienced at least 60 of them!!) & “Many thanks for a super New Year’s Eve party; it was very professional & at the same time relaxed with delicious food, good atmosphere & very comfortable accommodation. Our friends were very impressed”.

We are closed until March but are in the process of planning a new & exciting Diary of musical & cultural events at L’Es Pratx adding to life within the Aude.

Celebrate St Patrick’s Day on Saturday 17th March. We will feature a mix of live, magical Irish music & song followed by a disco & dancing.

On March 24th we are hosting another ‘jam session’ or open mic evening, we invite any musician or singer to come & enjoy performing together.

For Easter weekend Saturday 7th April, we have grabbed the opportunity to book our long term friends ‘Titanic’, just before they depart for a tour of Scandinavia. They are putting together a whole collection of new songs for their next album which they expect to record ‘at the Chateau’ later this Spring.

Again, we thank all who supported us last year & look forward to welcoming you again & making some new friends, if you have friends that you think would appreciate our musical & cultural events, please ask them to contact me.
